Homeing is moving over limits after a print was cancled

What is the problem?

I have a Qidi Tech X-Pro (Chitu Sailfish Firmware). The Octoprint is connected via the UART board on the motherboard.
Everything is working properly except when I cancel a print job and click on home all axis the Y-Axis will not stop on the Y Endstop it will stop when the X Endstop is reached.
This is really bad for my print and didn't found anything why this happens.

What did you already try to solve it?

I deactivated all 3rd Party plugins except Fix CBD Firmware (this is needed for me printer)

Have you tried running in safe mode?

No

Sorry, I found the problem on my own. It wasn't octoprint.

A mod is too big to move to the reference point when the table is not moved to the bottom.

Thank you for your help.
