How do I download time lapse (octolapse) files to my computer

This might be a really stupid question, but how do I retrieve my octoprint timelapse files without physically removing the SDCard and reading it on my computer. (In reality I want to download my Octolapse files... I've been getting pretty good results with Octolapse)

With Putty I can see the .MP4 files I want in the ~/.octoprint/timelapse directory but I'm hoping there is a easy way to move these files to my computer over my local network.

If it matters, I'm running the latest nightly build on a Raspberry Pi B+. Octolapse 0.3.1
OctoPrint 1.3.8 running on OctoPi 0.15.0. Printer is an Anet Based AM8, Ramps 1.6. Marlin 1.8. Computer is running Windows 7pro.

Sorry... Disregard my message. I see that my completed OctoLapse files appear under the TimeLapse Tab. (As usual, I was over thinking it)
