How do I get rid of Blue/black (low data?) version of octoprint

I hardwired my connection to my laptop the other day but believe this has nothing to do with it. But, last night I tried to connect to octoprint with one of my computer's and I got the version of octoprint that I always got with my Android phone. It is a very basic blue and black setup. I know that I selected something once just playing around that changed it to the normal format.
I log in on another computer just fine.
Attached is the screen I speak of

In the hamburger menu on the top right there's an option to turn off TouchUI. It is a plugin, and has nothing to do with bandwidth.

Yup, that did it, thank you
