How to change Section/Plugins order

Is there a way to change order of plugins/sections on the left side of the main window?
There is Connection, State, Files and plugins. I'd like to have one plugin at the top, because I forget to set it every time ;(

My DragonOrder plugin allows for moving those around in the ui as well as the tabs and navbar.
