How to change Webcam resolution to 1920 x 1080

What is the problem?

I have just installed octopi on my raspberry pi 4 8GB. I hae connected a USB camera capable of HD resolution 1920 x 1080.
The current image qualuty is not very good. How can i change ooctopi con figuration to use the higher resolution from the usb webcam,

What did you already try to solve it?

I previoisly used to modify the configuration for resolution and fps in the config.txt file.
I do not see the option for camera settings in the file anymore.

Have you tried running in safe mode?

I dont think safe mode would resolve this issue.
