I can't connect the monitor to octoprint. I have a flshforge creator pro. I am already in the website with everything. But before I start printing I have to press the connect button to connect the monitor to the printer. When press the connect button it loads then just says offline. I tried 2 different usb cords in different usb ports but still won't work. I unpluged it took the micro sd card out and reinserted it. I reloaded everything a few times. It is supposed to conect quickly when you press the connect button.
