I cant flash the octopi iso onto my micro-sd card

What is the problem?
I am attempting to use etcher to flash the octopi 0.15.1 iso to an sd card. When it starts 'verifying', a window appears saying i have to format the drive in order to read it. If i ignore this, the flash finishes, but etcher says it failed.

What did you already try to solve it?
Formatting the sd card, using a different sd card, using both the .iso and .zip files.

Additional information about your setup (OctoPrint version, OctoPi version, printer, firmware, octoprint.log, serial.log or output on terminal tab, ...)
I am trying to do this using windows 10.
I am hoping to be using a raspberry pi b+ v1.2, if that helps?
I have no idea what i am doing and am just following the instructions XD

you can try https://sourceforge.net/projects/win32diskimager/

I still got the message about needing to format the drive, however it says it was successful, so i'm assuming/hoping windows just doesn't understand whats on it and its all fine?

yes that is normal because octopi is a linux based octoprint installation.
Windows can't mount that partitions, so it throws the error.

Thank you kind stranger
