### Problem See https://community.octoprint.org/t/psu-control-plugin-error/57…191 To summarise, apparently installing a plugin with an initial wizard like PSU Control under 1.10.0rc* appears to trigger the prompt to accept the security warnings and funding call, even though that panel isn't even shown. ### Solution Unknown yet, investigate.
