Hi. Is it possible to connect to the virtual printer outside of OctoPrint? Virtual printer is exposed outside of OctoPrint in some way?

Sounds like you want a real-world virtual printer. Pretty sure there is a Marlin simulator mode that you can run as an application to achieve this.
Klipper is connected via Virtual Printer.
And AFAIK, it is not possible because it is a pure software solution. Both sides of the virtual port have to run on the same hardware.
Seems it also has a simulator mode that mimics an AVR.
