i have a picam and i would like to use it to stream my 3d printer and i would like to se the immages ore the videos on the control page of octoprint. is it possible to do that?
If by "picam" you mean the Camera Module for the Raspberry Pi and you run OctoPi on a Raspberry Pi, then yes, it is possible to do that.
