It's there but it isn't

What is the problem?

Installed latest stable version of Octoprint OS from RasberryPi.org on clean MicroSD card. Completed install and inserted in new RPi4 with 35 watt power supply. Set up Creality CR 6 SE printer and ran several successful prints from computers on the same network. Today, I can no longer access Octoprint from pi.local or the ip address. I can see its ip address on a LAN scan though.

What did you already try to solve it?

Connected monitor and saw CLI. Rebooted Pi > no change. Reinstalled Octoprint > no change. Installed Octoprint on different card > no change. Installed RaspberryPi OS and verified desktop and SSH active

still can't SSH into it

Have you tried running in safe mode?

No, can't get to Octoprint webpage

Did running in safe mode solve the problem?

no

Systeminfo Bundle

You can download this in OctoPrint's System Information dialog... no bundle, no support, unless the reason you couldn't retrieve the bundle is your network issues

Additional information about your setup

Hardware you are trying to connect to, hardware you are trying to connect from, router, access point, used operating systems, ... as much data as possible

Did you test to see if you could access the network or internet while in the RPiOS? If you can't connect out you for sure will not be able to connect in.

I would also suggest that you check to make sure the ports you want to use are open on your Pi. Without additional details, I don't think you are going to get additional help.
