Additional information about your setup

OctoPrint Version 1.6.1
Raspberry Pi 4 2GB
Pi Power is from the Prussa MK3S with a Buck Converter set to 5.1V.

Undervoltage is reported by the Pi itself. OctoPrint just says it how it is.

There was a bug fixed in the Pi Support plugin recently, where it would not properly report undervoltage errors and lead to them being missed.

People using buck converters have more issues generally than those using a properly spec'd USB C power supply. From your logs it looks like it is not reporting a persistent issue, but that undervoltage has happened. This probably means the buck converters voltage drops under load, for example on startup.
