Search this forum for RTSP, there are loads of discussions on the topic and how you can achieve this, but it will require an external software to reencode the stream to html mjpg format.

I'm searching for something not overloading my CPU like a transcoding usually does, if it's possible
It's not that easy, think of it like this - you are allergic to some food, you can't eat it, but you don't want to buy the slightly more expensive food you are not allergic to, yet you still want the food.
There's lots of topics on RTSP streaming, OctoPrint only natively supports mjpg and HLS webcam streaming, anything else does not work.
