What is the problem?
With new image (2019-09-26-octopi-buster-lite-0.17.0.img) there is only bad visible livestream. I use original Raspi-Cam with IR-LED. The LEDs are litghnig, but there is only few light on screen.
What did you already try to solve it?
New Installing of the Image. New installing of the cam.
Logs (octoprint.log, serial.log or output on terminal tab at a minimum, browser error console if UI issue ... no logs, no support!)
Additional information about your setup (OctoPrint version, OctoPi version, printer, firmware, browser, operating system, ... as much data as possible)
