What is the problem?

Loading backup fails ... cooldown not found on github.

What did you already try to solve it?

Repeat backup restore procedure.

Have you tried running in safe mode?

Yes. Same failure when trying to upload the backup.

Did running in safe mode solve the problem?

No.

Additional information about your setup

OctoPrint version, OctoPi version, printer, firmware, browser, operating system, ... as much data as possible

Fresh SDCard image from raspberry pi SDCard utility (downloaded everything new on 2026.01.19).

Fortunately I didn't overwrite my old SDCard. I put it back in, deleted cooldown, created a new backup, put back the new SDCard and restored the backup.

I have no idea what could have been done if I did not have the original SDCard available to fix this problem.

You could modify the plugin json file that is saved in the backup to remove the cooldown plugin manually. It shouldn't have broken the ability to restore though, just that one plugin should have not been installed.
