What is the problem?
I get a login screen at startup but i never set a user at first startup
What did you already try to solve it?
I run this line in ssh followed by service octoprint restart. This only solves the problem till next shutdown
sed -i -e 's/firstRun: false/firstRun: true/g' ~/.octoprint/config.yaml
Logs (octoprint.log, serial.log or output on terminal tab at a minimum, browser error console if UI issue ... no logs, no support!)

Additional information about your setup (OctoPrint version, OctoPi version, printer, firmware, browser, operating system, ... as much data as possible)
