Logitech C920 AND Printer not showing up on PI 3B+

Camera model
Logitech C920

Printer model
Prusa Mk3s+

What is the problem?
Logitech C920 and the Prusa Mk3s+does not show up in linux on my PI 3B+.

They both worked a day ago but only in one port. Now it does not work in any port.

What did you already try to solve it?
I have verified that the webcam works on my Windows PC.
I have verified that lsusb does not report the webcam.
I have tried every port on the PI.
I have restarted between each USB port change.
I have tried leaving the USB plugged in during reboots and leaving it out then plugging in once booted. No Dice.

try a new cable, I know it sounds ridiculous, but this solved my problem after buying a new printer board.
