What is the problem?

During printing (not typically while not printing) the screen will be okay and streaming then suddenly
it freezes. Usually see a white stripe on the bottom of the screen or the entire screen is white.

What did you already try to solve it?

Not sure what options I have.

Have you tried running in safe mode?

No. I usually notice this during print and switching to safe mode indicates it could stop the print.

Did running in safe mode solve the problem?

Unknown.

Additional information about your setup

OctoPrint version: 1.9.2 OctoPi version: * 1.0.0 printer Taz6 firmware browser, FireFox Raspberry Pi 4 with only Octopi/Octoprint Camera attached via USB to Raspberry Pi

I seem to have resolved it. I changed the stream aspect ratio from 4:3 to 16:9. This removed the black bars at top and bottom. I also moved the usb cable from USB 3 port to USB 2 port on the pi. Not sure which made the difference but I don't see the freezing anymore.
