M112 error, ender 3

What is the problem?

Hello
I installed for my brother a bl touch and flashed the firmware.
And I installed octoprint On a raspi.

Looks good, but only one problem:
After bed leveling it stops sometimes the print and I get m112

Does anybody knows the reason?

What did you already try to solve it?

Reflash the marlin firmware

Have you tried running in safe mode?

No. I think it was via sd card too

Did running in safe mode solve the problem?

There may be other reasons for M112, but the one I have seen is the bed was not level. Try manually levelling the bed first, then let the probe do the mesh. I think there is a maximum deviation of a couple of mm on the bed, then it will throw an M112 shutdown error.
