What is the problem?

M112 error after every print finishes

What did you already try to solve it?

Removed changes to g code (added auto mesh and tilt prior to print)

Have you tried running in safe mode?

No

You can see in the terminal that there is an invalid gcode line being sent to the printer. This probably means your end gcode in OctoPrint or your slicer is incorrectly set up.
