What is the problem?
Until now I used the pause command from Orcaslicer to change filament. It works ok, but there's no extrusion of filament and the head is in a low position over the bed when printing something flat. So I tried the "change filament" from Orcaslicer by adding a second filament nd adding the command at the layer. The printer reacts then by beeping, first slower then faster, in that time the button on the printer is not responsive. But I found no way to resume the print, since Octoprint doesn't seem to know about the M600 state (no resume button), and the printer doesn't know it's mid-print. Any better way to resolve this? I'd prefer the "change filament" command, because it extrudes the former filament...
What did you already try to solve it?
using pause, manually adding M600 to layer
