Makerbot Replicator 2X profile

I'm new to Octoprint and wondered if anyone has a known working profile settings for a genuine Makerbot Replicator 2X.

I've got the GPX plugin installed and successfully connected to the printer, I just want to make sure the profile settings are correct.

Do you mind sharing your profile?? I am not sure what to enter in for the Axes or the Hotend & extruder values (Offset T1).

Offset T1 X & Y are both set to zero. I've been printing without any issues like this for months now. Hope it helps.
