Marlin Gcode command to release control of printer?

I'm using OctoPrint with a MP Maker Select V2.1 running Marlin 2.X

One annoying behavior I've encountered is that OctoPrint doesn't seem to release control over the printer when a print is finished and I'm unable to home or move the axis's via the Printer LCD. The screen just sits there displaying the temp and "Print Done", the NeoPixels also do not change to the finished status color.

Is there a Gcode command or a setting within octoprint that I need to configure in order to release control of the printer?

Perhaps a "feature" of your printer I have a Sovol SV-01 running stock Marlin and it doesn't do that.
