Hello Phillipe,
there was a template in your edit frame structuring the sort of input necessary to enable meaningful support. Kindly take the time and fill it out, thanks in advance

For upgrading to Python 3: OctoPi 0.15 is too old to be automatically updated to Python 3, you will have to do it manually. If you built & installed a new version of Python on it that's not available usually on that install, then you must recreate OctoPrint's virtual environment using the Python 3 install you have.
Otherwise, it is advisable to create a backup and restore it on a new OctoPi 0.18 install for the Pi.
For updating OctoPrint: 1.7.2 is the latest version and also the last version you will be able to install on OctoPi 0.15. OctoPrint no longer supports updating on OctoPi 0.15 and lower, because it is too old.
To be fair to the original question, running in safe mode and providing a systeminfo bundle won't help you at all with the question.
Depending on the language chosen to answer the form it may have helped but I'm glad to see you knew the right answer as you do so often.
