**What is the problem?**Can not connect printer to PC via USB
What did you already try to solve it?
Update driver. Used chrome and Microsoft edge browser.
Logs (octoprint.log, serial.log or output on terminal tab at a minimum, browser error console if UI issue ... no logs, no support!)
