MP Mini Delta Misbehaving

Help. My faithful MPMD is now digging into the build surface on the first layer.

Looking for troubleshooting suggestions.

I am running Cura 5.9.1 on a Mac, and OctoPrint 1.10.3 on a Raspberry Pi 3B+

octoprint-systeminfo-20250309150344.zip (131.0 KB)

Did you try running it without OctoPrint? This is a question I should not have to ask. You did at least include your SystemInfo file.. great job on that. But you also deleted the rest of the template that is required for the community to really help you and I must say it is a pretty big requirement for the community to want to help you.

That said<

I know almost nothing about Delta printers, but I do know how to use a search engine. I would say this seems like a good place to start.

The first 2 links on this page seem to be detailed docs on how you can tune your machine for "bed level" which I am sure is not the right term for a Delta.

Let us know how things go or if you have a more specific ask. Would be good if you would let us know what you tried and even some of the details of the results. There are community members that have delta printers. Make it easy for them to help.

I think I found the problem -- The set screw and square nut holding the tube the nozzle attaches to got lost. Probably when I replaced the one holding the Bowden tube. Ordered 50 pairs from Amazon, arriving tomorrow
