My octoprint fails to show the wrench for settings dialog

After shutting down the OctoPi for more than 2 day's the IP-addres of the Pi was gone. After a search how to connect the Pi, I managed to find the appropiate IP-address.

Two very strange issues appears after this:

  1. the wrench for settings dialog is not visible anymore!
  2. The password of the Pi is not valid anymore!

Now I am stuck!

Does anyone have suggestions?

I am running OctoPrint 1.7.3 on a Rasberry Pi 4 with Python 3.7.3 and OctoPi 0.18.0

Do you use something like noscript?
You may have to enable scripts for the new IP-address.
