My RaspberryPi 4B falls asleep when I do not touch it for more than 1 hour

My RaspberryPi 4B falls asleep when I do not touch it for more than 1 hour. I am running OctoPrint 1.7.3 with Python 3.7.3 and did not have this issue with previous versions.

What have I missed ... How do I make it never fall asleep?

What did you already try to solve it?

Do not know much about RPi so I do not know where to start.

I have googled how to get to sudo raspi-config but it does not seem to be where you change the "energy saving mode" or whatever it is.

Have you tried running in safe mode?

Yes

Did running in safe mode solve the problem?

No

First elaborate on what you mean by "falling asleep" here. Do you mean it no longer responds via wifi? Or do you mean the image on an attached display goes black?

It no longer responds via wifi, i have no monitor connected to the RPi
but according to my router it is still connected and active

Can you still ping it? Have you tried ssh?

No
Non of it works
After a quick reboot, everything is fine again
