What is the problem?

My web stream is not available in Control section for all when I click on the URL in blue it goes straight to my webcam stream.
I have the webcam setup via DNS, done everything etc on my router and I can ping webcam outside of my router. Available on phone etc.

OctoPrint version, OctoPi version, printer, firmware, browser, operating system, ... as much data as possible

If you can open the stream in the browser outside OctoPrint, then my suspicion is the browser is blocking the connection for some reason when you try to embed it.

Open the browser console and check for errors, it should explain the reason the stream has not loaded.

You can't mix http and https, you can't mix IP addresses with domain names, between OctoPrint & the webcam stream.
