My Webcam Will Not Work

I have plugged in my raspi with power, ethernet, printer and a microsoft lifecam. I can not seem to see the web cam stream! I have tried so hard to get this to work. I have a rasberry model B. I have not modified the operating system setup files. I only get the "Webcam Stream Not Loaded" text on the control page.

I have tried:
Using a different usb port for the camera
Using a different Camera
Reinstalling octoprint (tried 3 times)

Equipment:
Startt 3D Printer
Microsoft Life Cam

Make sure that you're visiting the OctoPrint console with a browser other than IE 11. It's known to fail on a good setup since it can't handle the stream as an <img/> tag.
