Need help after updating Ender5Pro

Hi,
I need help with my Ender 5Pro with new firmware from Creality and Octoprint with the latest FW.
I have just updated my E5Pro FW with "firmware Ender-5 ProMarlin2.0.6HW4.2.2ALTE137.bin".
It looks like the firmware is for my printer version: I have 4.2.2 board, BLTouch and TMC2209.
After clicking "connect" in OctoPrint the printer locks (nothing happens when I turn the knob) and I get the following in the Octo's terminal:
Recv: echo:Cannot open subdir S¿7µ\x9dø\x18\x10.\x05F
Recv: echo:Cannot open subdir 0½
Recv: echo:Cannot open subdir 8½\x07µË\x17
Recv: echo:Cannot open subdir 8F1Fı#ð.\x1dû\x18
Recv: echo:Cannot open subdir S¿7µ\x9dø\x18\x10.\x05F
Recv: echo:Cannot open subdir 0½
Recv: echo:Cannot open subdir 8½\x07µË\x17
Recv: echo:Cannot open subdir 8F1Fı#ð.\x1dû\x18
Recv: echo:Cannot open subdir S¿7µ\x9dø\x18\x10.\x05F
And so on...
And it scrolls all the time.

When I disconnect the printer with the OctoPrint button, the printer remains locked and the OP cannot connect again with the message:
Could not autodetect your printer
No working connection parameters could be found. Are you sure your printer is physically connected and supported? Refer to the FAQ for help in debugging this.

What did you already try to solve it?

  • I ran the OP in safemode - did not help.
  • I have tried with different USB cables (though everything was ok earlier)
  • without connecting to OP the printer works ok with new FW

Have you tried running in safe mode?

YES

Did running in safe mode solve the problem?

NO

Hello @janoush !

For this is Creality, try without the SD card in the printer's SD card slot.

I have tried this a second ago. Works !
So now is the question: how to force the printer and the OP to work together with the SD card ?

The only solution is 3rd party firmware.
Creality firmware is too faulty.
