What is the problem?
I am trying to connect my printers to Octoprint but I can't get them working.
What did you already try to solve it?
I tried almost everything that I could find on the internet. Setting port to auto, setting baud rate to auto, trying different baud rates, etc...
Have you tried running in safe mode?
I don't think that would make any difference.

Additional information about your setup
I have the latest OctoPrint version on a Dell Optiplex 3020 running Ubuntu 20.04.
My printers are two Anet A8s with stock firmware.
Looking at your logs, it does not seem to have found anything connected on a serial port. Have you ever connected serially to these printers (terminal or otherwise) ?
Could the cable you are using be a charge only cable ?

Yes, it's working on my windows computer and I also tried connecting via minicom
and it detects the button presses.

For anyone with my same issue: You just need to give permissions to access to the port of the printer to your user.
You can do it opening a Terminal and writing: sudo gpasswd -a $USER dialout
