Need help with touchscreen

I have a mpi7002 touch screen and I have tried every guide that I have found but nothing has worked to get the touch screen part to work please help

Did you try this page, beginning at the 2nd step?

Tried but couldn't work out where to insert it

sudo nano /boot/config.txt

Add that to the ending. Then reboot with sudo reboot.
