Neptune 3 max, can't get M600 to work through Octoprint

What is the problem?

M600 works with just my printer, but I can't get M600 to work through Octoprint, I get a notification that a filament change is required, but the printer doesn't pause or anything it just keeps printing.

Marlin shows that an LCD screen is required for this function, is this an issue because Octoprint can't access/control the LCD screen?

What did you already try to solve it?

Tried adding some filament change plugins with control screen buttons, but they don't seem to do anything.

Systeminfo Bundle

  • OctoPrint 1.9.2
  • Python 3.9.2
  • OctoPi* 1.0.0 (build 2023.07.18.111854)

I assume host action commands aren't enabled on your firmware.

The alternative option is to use the @PAUSE command instead of M600 for your filament swaps. That in combination with OctoPrint's gcode scripts you can kind of get the same result.
