New camera stack, requires restart after reboot to enable stream

What is the problem?

I rebuilt my RPi with a fresh install of Octoprint and went with the new stack camera version. All went fine. But now I am having to SSH to the Pi and restart the camera streamer to get it to work whenever I boot the Pi.

What did you already try to solve it?

Used
sudo camera-streamer-control restart
to Restart. Once restarted it seems to go without issue.

Have you tried running in safe mode?

Yes

Did running in safe mode solve the problem?

No.

OctoPrint version, OctoPi version, printer, firmware, browser, operating system, ... as much data as possible

my camera is a RPi camera: "Arducam for Raspberry Pi Camera Module V2-8 Megapixel"

I access the video stream from a browser with:
http://[Rpi's IP]/webcam/?action=stream
and it is also visible in the Octoprint's Control tab.

Today the streamer started. It is starting and not starting inconsistently. When it does not start, I log in and restart camera-streamer per above.

It starts by not deleting the template (as yo always do) and give the requested information.

Original post fixed, template completed. I'd delete the post and start fresh but I don't see the ability to delete. Please let me know if I missed anything.

This seems to have cleared itself. I didn't change anything.
