No that's a coincidence. Those errors (like thermal runaway) are generated by your printer and are not related to OctoPrint.
If you check the Terminal tab, you will see that the error was received and not sent.
This not only happens out of the blue, I noticed that when I upload the gcode file and then load it to print, the gcode viewer won't show it. I have to reload the page in the browser and then it loads. I really don't think it's a coincidence, cause this are issues I've never had before with Octoprint and I've been using it for at least 3-4 years now. I haven't change any hardware, only the new released software.
PD: Tried to print again, gcode load correctly, same thing, temps on the printer we're stable, I was looking at it when it halted.

Please enable the serial.log and try to reproduce the problem.
Then create a new topic in #support and include a system info bundle .zip and the other information in the template (you will see the template as soon as you create the topic)
