I get a popup stating there is a error code

What did you already try to solve it?

yes and i still get that code error

Hi idiots guide to octoprint,

We really need more information from you before we can be helpful. Like what do you do right before that popup is shown? What printer do you have, and how have you configured OctoPrint. The latter question can be answered easily by posting a Systeminfo bundle. Please follow that link to see what that is and where to get it.
