What is the problem?
Where and how do I save and watch time lapse videos.

What did you already try to solve it?
I think I recorded a time lapse.

Logs (syslog, dmesg, ... no logs, no support)

Additional information about your network
Everything is connected. Using rasp pi, windows PC, arducam pi style camera. Video is viewable while printing on my PC.

Do I need to download any other apps to save and watch them?

There's a timelapse tab where you enable it and view the ones generated.

So, does it automatically saves it to the octoprint/pi page, or to a file folder on my PC?

Saves it on the Raspberry Pi's storage, the micro SD card in it. Then you can download it from there using the UI, to your PC.
