What is the problem?

I recently purchased a Raspberry pi 4 mode b 2gb

I have followed all direction to loading the .img to a sd card and im having no luck at getting Octoprint to work, my pi4 when I have put recently flashed sd card with the .img comes up saying install sd card.

I have tried it on Mac and windows

I assume you refer to this here:

If you have the chance to connect a HDMI monitor or TV to the Pi, you should get the startup sequence shown up.

I downloaded the OctoPI16 beta and that seems to have working now :blush: only took me 20 hours to do but worth it now. Just need webcam. Thanks for your reply.
