Additional information about your network (Hardware you are trying to connect to, hardware you are trying to connect from, router, access point, used operating systems, ...)

Ender 3. Problem occurred after not using printer for approximately 1 year. Updated Raspberry Pi 3 to latest firmware. Pi is on the network via WiFi but have tested the problem with a LAN connection as well. No joy. Reconfigured all parameters as recommended. Can SHH into Rasberry, config and bring up GUI on a monitor. Replaced printer control board with a SKR Mini E3. No change. Still no serial connection. No Advanced option under Settings / Serial Connection. I'm not super tech savvy in this field but can follow instructions.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
