i was suffering from printer connection wasn't seen at all ..then
used
sudo rm ttyAMA0
sudo rm ttyUSB0
then turned of and on the raspi4
then im connected on port virtual
octoprint-systeminfo-20220423194336.zip (294.2 KB)
but no heat increase when i order !!!
Have you tried different USB cables. Some are only for charging and do not have data leads. They can't be distinguished form each other.
You definitely don't want to be connected to the virtual printer if you want your real printer to do anything 
. It's made primarily for testing and development.
You can disable the 'virtual' port in the settings, to avoid it getting confused.

Are you still connecting via usb cable or did you solder the wires for a serial connection on?
If you're using a usb cable log into your pi via ssh then disconnect your printer, connect it again, enter dmesg | tail -n 20 and post the output here.
