No Printer connection possible

Hello,
I have installed Octopi on a Raspi4B. Unfortunately, my Sidewinder X2 is not recognized. I have incraseed the connection timeout but unfortunately that didn't help. The log shows only:

Changing monitoring state from "Offline" to "Detecting serial connection"
Performing autodetection with 0 port/baudrate candidates:
Changing monitoring state from "Detecting serial connection" to "Error"
Changing monitoring state from "Error" to "Offline after error"

The Sidewinder X2 with original firmeware 3.0.5. and octoPi Version 1.9.3, connected with brand new USB Cable for Datatransfer!

Does anyone have any ideas what else I can try. Unfortunately, the FAQ did not help.

Deleting the template and not reacting to it do not help either.
