What is the problem?
I made fresh installation with the raspberry image from scratch. Installation was successful, octoprint is running, web service and login screen is accessible.
BUT: login is not possible. I tried pi/raspberry and also pi/mypassword but no access.
What did you already try to solve it?
searched for resetting password, tried octoprint user password pi , but there is no user pi
searched for "database" users.yaml, but this file does not exist.
Have you tried running in safe mode?
