No webcam Option in Settings

I use a Microsoft LifeCam and I run octoprint on a spare laptop on my LAN

I don't get the option in the settings to add the camera. I have the Yawcam Installed and setup with the cam but when I go into Octoprint settings that is where It falls down.

It may be me being thick but I thought I would ask the experts.

Go further down in the settings to the classic webcam settings.
