I had to reinstall Octoprint and now I cant update nor download pluggins

I have tried all that was said about version 1.3.12 about the pip error.

Have you tried running in safe mode and if so did it solve the issue?

Yes I have and haven't gotten it fixed

0.17, 1.3.12, Ender 3, Smith 3D, Google chrome, Windows 10,

Looks like it's failing to connect to the internet, so it can't download updates. Can you open up the connectivity test in the settings and check if that is working?

It does say the server is reachable with ip adress 8.8.8.8 or 1.1.1.1 port 53
