I finally found my octoprint IP address and copied it to my browser and it prompted me to log in so I hit forgot password and made an account. I made an account and verified my email. then I went back to octoprint login and it wont accept my credentials. What am I doing wrong??
OctoPrint doesn't require you to enter your email or verify it. In fact it doesn't even have an email field.

There's also no "forgot password" function that allows you to make an account via web browser. So whatever you've been interacting with here, it wasn't OctoPrint.
