Camera model
Arducam V2 (8MP)
(Amazon)
What is the problem?
I cannot get the camera to give video output. I've checked the cable and the camera is receiving power, I get the output when I run libcamera-hello

What did you already try to solve it?
I followed the tutorial in this GitHub repo (for the CameraSettings plugin):
And I followed this Reddit tutorial (which also follows the GitHub repo):
https://www.reddit.com/r/octoprint/comments/z5o5lb/finally_got_my_pi_cam_v2_stream_to_work/
I used raspi-config
to enable the camera, but there was no option other than Legacy Camera. Updating raspi-config
didn't help as there was no newer version.
Have you tried running in safe mode?
Yes.
Did running in safe mode solve the problem?
No.
