What is the problem?

What did you already try to solve it?

Reinstall Octoprint and change every parametrs as it need to be

It shows total Random but only when printer is printing.

The printer just has one extruder.

You may check your slicer if there are more than one extruder are set up.

Can you share the the zipped gcode file that failes.

Also you may enable serial.log and after a print attempt please share the serial.log.
