Octo4a Handshake fails

What is the problem?

What did you already try to solve it?

Changed serial driver from default CH341 to others. No change

Additional information about your setup

Hardware you are trying to connect to, hardware you are trying to connect from, router, access point, used operating systems, ... as much data as possible
The connection on the Octo4a seems fine. It shows Octoprint running and shows the connection to the printer - dev/bus/usb/001/004. The camera shows the printer via :5001/mjpeg in my browser. But, when I select Connect, it gives me this for each of the baud rates:

This is an unusual baudrate to use. Have you tried the others/auto?

Just seen you said it was the same for each baud rate, sorry.

One important detail - what printer do you have?

I should have mentioned that - Ender 3 V2 Neo

Lot of false leads there, The printer is not connecting to the Ender3 serial port.
Assuming the ender 3 is working properly, this would appear to be pointing to a problem with the serial cable or the serial ports on either end. check the ports for any material that has become lodged in the port and replace the cable.
