OctoApp not showing thumbnails on print files where Octoprint web access does show thumbnails

What is the problem?

Has anyone been able to get Thumbnails to work on OctoApp? They work using the web access of OctoPrint but it doesn't show on OctoApp.

What did you already try to solve it?

Reinstalled UltimakerCura Slicer
Reinstalled Elegoo Neptune Thumbnails extension
Reinstalled Cura Thumbnails plugin

Have you tried running in safe mode?

I have but no change. I think this needs plugins running anyways.

I'm having issues getting system info from my mobile device. I will update with that soon.

Additional information about your setup

OctoPrint version, OctoPi version, printer, firmware, browser, operating system, ... as much data as possible

I am using Octo4a btw, version 1.9.3

cura doesn't automatically make the thumbnails for you, you have to go into the extentions > post-prossesing and look click add new and find the "create thumbnail" option, then change your resolution to whatever you would like but I used 320x230 and now the settings will save-thru all your sessions and projects enless you delete the post prossesing code
